Had a very positive first impression. Overall community looked well kept; public park and swimming (summer only), and a separate gathering area; office staff member, Mary H., was very polite, courteous, and professional; available units looked clean.
I love living here, it's safe and everyone has been friendly, staff members are friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone...thanks willow brook, I'm finally home

Willowbrook has gone down hill since I moved in 6 years ago. If you are from the toledo area you are familiar with Belaire Mobile Home Park, homes might be a nicer at Willowbrook, but it appears most residents like loud booming music. More and more long time residents are leaving because they are unhappy, with the parks need to just fill a space. One of our driveways has had huge chuck holes that have like that for over a year. You can't get to your mail boxes anymore because of the cars that pick their kids up from school. These cars do not reside in the park, but they take up space just the same. Rent goes up yearly and upgrades go down.
I know sooner moved in at the end of September and they wanted the deposit even though it was my trailer someone gave it to me they didn't want to pay lot rent and then I had to come up with lot rent which is about over $1,000 total and course they tacked on whole bunch of seas so it ended up being about $1,200 total if you own your place you have to pay a pet deposit it's my place I don't understand and somebody got into my account in December and my money came up missing so they charged me $55 late fee cuz I ran into issues and then this happened they charge me another $55 and then there they put notes on the door which is really rude to me because they should at least call and say hey your your check came back or whatever then I could explain but they don't really care they're out to make a truck load of money which they're doing and I am Pagan so I had my Pagan things out they told me I had to clean up the yard from the Halloween stuff everybody else at Halloween stuff out real Halloween stuff I just had a few plastic cauldrons basically it's like living in a jail especially when you own your place I'm just waiting for the next thing for them to say only got to do this that and the other thing is just really crazy they charge way too much most mobile home parks charge 3:10 to 3:50 they charge over 500 to rent a little plot of land where you can hear railroad trains coming by all kinds of cars from the road the main roads that's ridiculous
