My wife and I have had a very bad experience with this Remax group.
He's not simply Ray Henderson real estate agent, he is more like a personal friend as 'Ray' advises you on your real estate needs. Ray listens attentively to your needs and goes to work. He matches you with the homes that fit what you are looking for, not what he wants to show you. He listed our home on a Thurs, it was sold on Sunday-- for asking price!!! He is knowledgeable, knows the area well and we would not use anyone else. As a matter of fact, we just used Ray to purchase our 4th home in Toledo!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK RAY!
Our agent did very little to nothing to aid in the home buying process. We found all the houses that we looked at on our own. The agent never sent even one home for us to look at. In the end our agent failed to let the listing agent know what the intended closing date was, and the sellers went on vacation! (not their fault). Our closing was delayed for 10 days because of this error. It seems to me to be a very important bit of information to share with a listing agent and sellers. In the end our agent did very little and is going to get paid very well for it!
Just bad Business!
