Good workers and service
Very disappointed with turn around time for RX fill. My doctors office sent the script to the pharmacy at noon and script not ready for pick until 5:40. Not very good customer service. Instead of getting 2 doses today, I'll only get 1.
Friendly staff
My husband was given a time frame and when he returned, over an hour later, he was told they did not have the medication. They had his number. They could've called. They could've looked it up when he dropped it off. I was told a medication would be ready the next time i needed it, as they were ordering it. It wasn't. I was told another date. It wasn''t in, and the Pharmacist acted like I was wrong for being annoyed. he lacks customer service skills to say the least.
