We took our mom to the movies for her birthday and had a small problem with our gift card. The manager and concession food staff had a great attitude they never stop smiling and they helped us with our problem and we are very grateful for that. so hats off to the staff from the front counter to the concession stand and managers.

I’m not one to get mad so easily, and I’m not one to go out of my way to bash on a business or building. First of all, the food is way too overpriced.. if you want to have some food just bring a bag, put some snacks and drinks in it, and sneak it in.. way more efficient!! Second of all I’m 18 years old and they wouldn’t let me in a movie at 9 pm because I didn’t have my ID. I don’t have an ID anyways lol. I can understand you can’t get into the mall past 4 pm on weekends but this was a Wednesday night for a freaking movie!! If you want to go to a REAL movie theatre go to Levis commons or fallin timbers. It’s literally the same thing. And they are way more chill lax.

Not very busy on a late Sunday afternoon. I suggest using the ticket kiosk right when you enter. They are quick and easy to use. The concession counter always has long and slow lines. Employees were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms by theater 7 was semi clean. My only complaint is the 20 minutes of previews before the main feature. So if you're still stuck at the concession counter getting popcorn don't worry you still have an extra 20 minutes before you need to be in your seats.

These folk seem to take pride in this and be it seems as if they treated wrong the black family I saw who also had a terrible time, with how racial tensions are today I’m worried that not only do they take pride punching down to the little guy, these folk seem to follow the same racist tendencies of our current commander in chief, I fear for the future

So this little cinema, had no idea it existed with all the big names out there looks to have antiquated rules and viewpoints, the service was terrible and you have to wait in line again just to refill a fountain drink, they close and reopen these lines though I was waiting since the end of the line calls over everyone behind me as I’m 2nd in line.

We like coming for the matinees. They are cheaper for that time. I believe on Tuesdays the shows are discounted I think $5.75 something like that. If you download their app when you purchase tickets they'll scan that barcode for you on your app and you earn points. When you purchase from the concession stand show them your phone with barcode and they will scan that for points also.
