I just called because a key is stuck in my car door and the person I spoke to was so helpful and offered advice as to a solution without just sending someone out to charge me. If it doesn't work I will definitely have them out!

Update: after being unsuccessful I called and he came out today. He ran into problems and a 30 minute fix took him 4.5 hours. He only charged me what he had originally told me on the phone last night. One of the most honest and kind people I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I would give 7 stars if I could!

This guy/business is freaking awesome! They came ten minutes after we called at 3:30 a.m. and it took him about 8 minutes to unlock our front door. Amen for Amen....that was his name. Amen. Hopefully I spelled it right. Thanks again guys!
