Wesson does great work. I would recommend them to anyone. There is a reason why they've won the BBB Torch Award. Their customer service is terrific.
We had two rotting columns on our front stoop. They are roughly 10 feet tall and we wanted them replaced. We called on September 18th to set up the appointment to get an estimate. We were told at that time that it would be probably be November or December before they could do the work. I said that it would be fine, I braced the area that was rotted and waited for the estimate. The appointment was supposed to be on the 27th and I received a call on the 26th saying they couldn't come out and give an estimate and had to decline the job. The thing that upsets me most is they told me it would be a while before they could do the work and I said that would be fine and then they wait for the night before the estimate to tell me they are not going to be able to do it. It wicks because now I have wasted almost two weeks I could have spent trying to find someone else to do the work before it gets too cold. My wife and I just moved into this house and it has a pink bathroom we need remodeled and a kitchen that needs remodeled which we were also hoping to get quotes for tomorrow, but guess that business will go somewhere else also. Shame that a business can't keep it word.
Wesson Builders is a great company, they do wonderful work. I have been doing business with them many years. All the the work they have done for my friends, family and me personally has been great. Ask to see some of their past job pictures- truly quality. Good and ethical construction companies are hard to find. Great job Wesson !

Great customer service! I am located out of state and had a question about one of the shower inserts I saw in their pictures. The gentleman answered all of my questions and gave some great information on the product. Too bad we don't live in Ohio, otherwise we would be hiring this company for the job!!!
