That would explain why they aren't cleaning the cars, gassing the vehicles up, or being honest to their customers. They just don't want to do their jobs there anymore.
As of last week, we canceled the remaining rentals we had scheduled for this year and next year. So sad to see this place go from first to last on our list.
Now the manager that ran the place moved, the quality is gone. I ended up having to clean the inside and outside of the car myself, and after the rental I found out that what they gave me was a lower rated car than what I was paying for. They use to upgrade for return customers, now they downgrade their cars leaving you to clean it and gas up the car yourself.
We've rented from here a couple times for family trips when we don't want to put the miles on our own vehicles. Staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Last 2 trips we were majorly upgraded to nicer vehicles at no cost just because they felt like it. Definitely improved the entire trip! We will definitely return.
Now, after two absolutely horrible experiences with them, we had no choice but to cancel the rest of our reservations with them.
The last rental was so terrible, I literally had to wash my hands after every time I drove the car. I'm not exaggerating.
Then they told me "we just have to clean the car and it will be ready". They LIED AGAIN. Not only was the car not cleaned, it had an uncomfortable constant odor of cigarettes, plus a thick film on the windows, and trash left between the seats. I even wiped my hand over the car and showed the agent that the car wasn't clean.
Excellent service and very nice cars. Extremely satisfied with quality of cars and service.
As I was turning in the car, a bunch of Enterprise drivers were standing around saying things like "This place isn't what it use to be", and later they asked to discover that the location was operating without a manger.
When I returned the vehicle, everything I owned, clothes, suitcases, EVERYTHING SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE.
We have been using this specific location for our rental car services for years now. Their rates are lower than the other Enterprise locations, their customer service use to be, and they use to be flexible with specific needs for our group.
From the moment they opened the doors, I was the first one in the office, and it took them 20 minutes to get a car ready, and even then the car wasn't in rentable condition..
First they told me "we have to go put gas in the car". They LIED. The tank wasn't full when I sat down in it.

The woman that helped me rent the vehicle was very helpful and nice. I wasn't sure if my insurance covered the rental so she charged me for insurance for one day. I confirmed that my insurance would cover the rental. I called her several times the day the car was due back to extend the date and the woman didn't return my calls. I then spoke with a gentleman who told me I owed $13. I didn't understand why because I paid for the week and also put down a deposit that I was expecting back. So I drove to enterprise to speak with the woman who helped me in the beginning and she told me she charged me every day for the insurance!!! Stating I should've called to cancel when she told me she only put insurance on the car for one day!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Horrible communication.
