I recently went to their used car department. I had excellent service provided to me. They was able to put me in to a car when other car dealarships would refuse me. They got me a car that was big enough for my family.
Exceptional customer service!! Pam in finance is amazing at what she does. She's extremely knowledgeable and treated us with the utmost respect!! I wish every company had a Pam. She helped us so much and went the extra mile to answer any and all questions we had and helped us get everything situated with a previous financial company so we were able to drive home the same day in our new car. I had a great experience and would refer people to Franklin park Lincoln because of her. Everyone else was friendly and kind as well. Just an overall great experience!!
My 5-year-old battery was giving me a problem so I called Carmen, the service manager at Franklin Park Lincoln, and described what the car was doing. She simply said it sounds like your battery so can you get it here? I called AAA to get a jump and drove right to the dealership. They checked my battery to make sure that was the problem and then installed a new battery faster than I could finish a cup of coffee! Great job!
Absolutely terrible! If only there were zero stars....Jonathan Rogers blackmailed my friend and told him if I didn’t LIE and change my review to a positive one he would make him pay $1000 before he got his car back. This place is full of liars and cheats especially Jonathon. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE SAFE AND HAVE AN HONEST DEALER!!!! My original post was explaining how the car after a week completely shut down in the middle of an acceleration lane and their airbags are defective. They gave me no choice but to change my review to five stars or my friend would have to pay $1000. What happened to freedom of speech!? This place is highly unprofessional and does not care about you at all! I was injured in a car accident due to their defective airbags and they told me oh well I wasn’t on the insurance. Like what !?!?! PLEASE I BEG OF YOU, DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
Drove almost 3 hours to do business here and it was well worth it. Got in a very nice used car with $0 down and it took maybe an hour. They detail the car inside and out before driving away with it. I couldn't say anything negative about this place.
