Love this store
I liked the tea, it was tasty just wish I could of bought a whole drink and call it a day.
There was a young kid who was helping my mother and was very rude to her. Made comments about him not being a pharmacist and telling her he did not care about nor did he know about what health benefits certain teas have. He further went on to say are you going to just ask me questions or are you buying something? I am not shopping at this location again until something is done about this.

However, the kid (guy) who decided to help me out made smart all-icky comments to me that I wasn't happy about. He was nice enough to help with the first sample and even told me which one of the flavors was his favorite right now. Then, I poured a different sample and it wasn't even that much however he made sure to tell me my pour "was a bit much". Not to mention instead of getting two cups I only used one to let my daughter try with me. Then I started to ask questions and then made the comment that I've noticed famous people drinking Teavana and he gave me this look like I was an idiot and said "oh I didn't know that", knowing he probably did know this. I made sure I let him know I knew he was being smart and it wasn't very nice. I walked away from him and then walked out of the store. Apparently he doesn't like his job very much and wants to treat customers in a manner that is not professional.
I'm usually not a ranter but I'm just being honest here. If I ever see him in there again I will make sure to not stop in. UGH!
So frustrated with this store!!! I called to see if they had a product, they confirmed they did, i drove an hour to pick it up and they sold it! Not only was i mad about that they were just rude and unapologetic about it. Therefore they lost my complete sale. I walked out without anythingn that I had entended on purchasing. Im FURIOUS!!
