When I went to Wersell's the not only took my kickstand but failed to simply line up to tire when reinstalling it so there is now a divot in my bike frame from where the tire hits the rod every time I ride the bike. The bike is now horrendous and I regret taking it to Wersell's. Unless you don't have any type of mechanic skills I recommend to just try fixing your bike on your own. Oh yeah and it's expensive as crap
I'm wondering why no one called. Anyway we picked them up and the work was great. And the price was decent. Just takes a while to get done.
They are well-rounded in styles of cycling .
We dropped our tired off on wed. And they said they'd be done by sat. And they'd call us. But they did not. We waited til the following wed. And we called them. They were ready.

I was looking for a safe cruiser type bike for my wife and Jill suggested a Townie. I stopped in and Matt spent a lot of time explaining the bikes and let me take a mens Townie for a ride. I was amazed what a comfortable bike this was and Matt gave us a discount for buying two of them. Matt took the time to set up each bike to fit us and went over them top to bottom so they were ready to ride. It has been almost 3 years now and these bikes are the best we have ever owned. I am a heart patient with a bad back and this Townie is perfect for my cardio and is totally great for my back. I suggest to all my friends to try Wersells for all their bike needs and to try a Townie for the bike ride of their life. This business is like no other and is above and beyond a 5 star rating! Jill and her staff are just plain good people.
