Best message I've ever had.. Deena was perfect! Went in there with 1 of the worst headaches.. Walked out with no headache feeling like a million bucks! Never once was she rough! Definitely recommend her & the place! Staff is always overly nice.
I have been a member since their doors opened in 2009. Was told at time of signing my membership fees were locked in and would never go up. Today I was charged almost $20 more than my monthly membership! When I called the manager she said notices went out 2 months ago. I said really, because I never received mine and its kind of funny how one of their employees from the office called and asked for my updated address a week ago! So that tells me they obviously didnt send me the notice!! I called back and cancelled my membership. It was barely worth the original membership fee and now its $20 more a month I refuse to continue to be a member. The worst part of all this is that I have 6 massages left that I have not used up yet and if I made them refund me the ONE month they just charged me they will not honor my 6 PAID massages!!! How does that make sense??? So I paid for 6 massages in full equals over $300 but you will not give those to me if I ask for the recent monthly charge to be refunded to me!!! Yes I understand I have to give a 30 day notice but shouldnt you have given me a 30 day notice BEFORE you took more money than you were supposed to ????
This place is so AMAZING.. front the front desk to the back.. i had a facial & a parial messagae. These ladies are FANTASTIC!! Sammy gave me my facial. Wonderful woman & she knows her stuff! Thanku.. im sorry i dont remember the lady who did the massage, she was also wonderful.. i have a bad shoulder and was very gentle with me. Thanku
They provided me with the most relaxing and comfortable experience, for my for my first visit. They even called a few days later to see how I was feeling, which was extremely nice. It's well worth the money to get pampered here!!
They have such a high turnover its ridiculous. Never the same staff including massage therapists. I havent had the same therapist in months because when I try to go back to the same one they are no longer there! Very unprofessional. A complete SCAM!

The manager tried to tell me they are improving their therapists by continuing their education so I can get a more professional experience..... Every one of those therapists already have degrees (required) before they can be hired there so why do I have to pay for something you should have in place from the beginning of the hiring process??
