We went on a Saturday afternoon . It was totally dead. The place was filthy! We had to ask to have our table wiped. There was a layer of dust on everything. The bathrooms were gross and smelled even worse. I've waitressed. My husband used to own a restaurant. I don't understand how management can let employees play around instead of clean when the restaurant is empty.
I'm shocked at all the good reviews! Cleanliness is so important in a restaurant.
Good food, but its been dead the past few times ive been here at dinner, so you know what that means........prob gonna close this location.
I've come here a few times in the past few years and the service and food has been consistently superb. However, what prompted me to write this review was that (at my most recent visit) I ordered the "The Legendary Monte Cristo" Sandwich. Let me tell you, "legendary" is not a misnomer. I ordered it expecting a unique, sweet and savory, pub-style sandwich, but what I got was a masterpiece concoction of a sandwich. If I had known what to expect before I ordered it, I may not have, so I will spare you the details. I will just highly encourage that you order this sandwich at this location and stay for the kind staff and the mellow environment. Very satisfied!
Trivia night - terrible service, mediocre trivia. Long story short, it took over an hour for our food to arrive. Requesting a side of ranch took twenty minutes. No accommodations were made for the staff negligence. We literally almost left mid-trivia. The volume was overbearingly loud, and when someone orders a Black Moon, that does not mean a Blue Moon. I will not be returning. Why two stars instead of one? Fish and chips.
Wait for 20 minutes for drinks and over an hour for cold food. One star is actually an over rating of this restaurant.
My son thought all the gum under the table was quite interesting. We hoped the food we ate was cooked in a kitchen cleaner than the public areas! We ordered light and simple. Not bad. Not great. We won't be back.
