Awesome! It's no wonder the Toledo Zoo was voted #1 in a national poll. Family friendly, historic, educational, and entertaining. Our Zoo is great! When my kids were younger we would go to different zoo's all over the country... Sorry people, if you want to visit a Great Zoo. Toledo Ohio has the best!
One of the jewels of Toledo. Our membership is one of the "non-negotiables" in the budget. My kids love the new aquarium, we have spent a lot of time there since it opened. All the exhibits provide a great chance to be close and see the animals. Love the listings if feeding times as it allows us to see something different every time we go.
It was our first time going there. We are from Mich and definitely will be back! Even saw the baby gorilla today! My son loved the aquarium. He got to pet the sting rays and other fish. The weather was good today too we were lucky.
I love going to The Toledo Zoo to see The Lights Before Christmas. Best light show in. Toledo. Voted #1 for the best lights. Go to see the lights. They are GREAT!!
The aquarium is top notch, even though it is not very big. My kids love the touch tanks! Make sure to head there around Christmas to see Santa swimming with the fish! The Holidays lights are really something special. Great Zoo and there have been alot of babies lately at the Toledo Zoo including two baby giraffes, baby leopards, a baby elephant, a baby gorilla and a baby orangutan.
